Out of Council BSA Groups
Out-of-Council BSA groups cannot make reservations online, including Boulder Creek Scout Reservations. Out-of-Council BSA groups must submit a request for use of a camp facility. Requests are reviewed on most Fridays. You will be notified whether your request is approved or if it is declined for any reason. Weekend availability at Boulder Creek Scout Reservation is extremely limited for the remainder of 2022.

Non-BSA Groups

Non-BSA groups must submit a request for use of a camp facility.

Additionally, if your group has not rented a facility from the Pacific Skyline Council in the last three (3) years, you must complete a pre-reservation application. Both forms may be submitted concurrently, but reservations will be subject to an approved pre-reservation application and availability. Weekend availability at Boulder Creek Scout Reservation is extremely limited for the remainder of 2022.
