National BSA Foundation Second Century Society Recognition Luncheon

Bill and Ann Stark receive national awardAugust 21, 2014, Hyatt Regency Orange County—

Bill and Ann have generously supported the Boy Scouts of America for more than 25 years. Their support includes gifts to operating, capital and endowment projects of their local Pacific Skyline Council, where Bill is a past council president, and in support of the BSA’s Northern Tier and Philmont Scout Ranch high adventure bases.

Bill is a Distinguished Eagle Scout, currently serving a third year as president of the BSA’s Western Region and was recognized with the Silver Buffalo award at this year’s BSA National Meeting.

In addition, the Starks have committed to give the BSA an extensive collection of rare books and collectibles related to one of the BSA’s founders, Ernest Thompson Seton. The gift will form the centerpiece of a significant expansion of the Seton Museum and Library at Philmont Scout Ranch. For their cumulative gifts and commitments to the BSA, we are honored to welcome Bill and Ann Stark into the BSA’s Second Century Society as Lifetime Investors.
