Ohlone Lodge #63 Order of the Arrow - Scouting's Honor Society A lodge is the "Order of the Arrow" (OA) in a council. The Ohlone lodge is the lodge of Pacific Skyline Council. Our lodge is divided into three villages, one for each district. A very important aspect of the OA is that the OA does not select its own members. To become a member, a boy must be elected by his own troop or team. The purpose of the Order of the Arrow is fourfold: - To recognize those Scout campers who best exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives
- To develop and maintain camping traditions and spirit
- To promote Scout camping
- To crystallize the Scout habit of helpfulness into a life purpose of leadership in cheerful service to others
